Your detailed building report will feature many photos so you can see exactly what we’re reporting on. We’ll supply supporting evidence of things like water damage, cracks, broken tiles, or termite damage in the trusses, and any other issues with the house, unit or apartment you are considering.
Your report will also include our expert recommendations to help you make an informed decision about the property – and we’re happy to walk you through what we’ve found, and outline any areas you need to be aware of.

When we’ve finished inspecting the property, we’ll try our best to get back to you with a detailed report either immediately or within 24 hours.
Your report from the building inspection will include:
- Images of the property are provided so you can see what we’ve discovered and are discussing.
- A report on the interior, exterior, subfloor, and roof outside conditions as well as the roof void’s accessible conditions (if safety permits according to WorkCover Queensland).
- A building inspection report carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349 1 – 2007.
- TERMATRAC testing – Hand held device (Moisture, Radar and Thermal Sensors) to detect if there is any pest activity.
- Advice regarding the property’s condition as of the inspection date and time
It is important to keep in mind that a building and pest inspection is merely a visual inspection and not a warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee (although some insurance companies do require one in order to provide cover).
