Owner and Senior Building Inspector

Principal of Trimax Building Inspections, Glenn Rohde, started in business at the age of 21 in the agricultural industry, running his own cotton harvesting operation.

In 1996 he moved up to Brisbane and got his start in the building industry, obtaining his builder’s licence in 2000. Glenn began with home renovations and extensions, before moving on to complete new home builds.

In 2009 Glenn started a concrete radar and cutting business, gaining experience in large scale multi-storey projects and other commercial buildings such as shopping centres and high-rise offices. This work also saw him consulting to commercial construction project managers – helping them to save time and costs, and achieve project requirements more efficiently.

Independent Building Inspector

In 2018 Glenn made the decision to sell that business and attain his building and pest inspection certification. He started Trimax Building Inspections which provides Brisbane southside, Logan and Redlands with the option of using a reliable and independent building inspector.

Today, Glenn is passionate about putting his wide experience in the building industry to good use, providing home buyers and sellers with the information they need to make an informed decision. He cuts through the industry jargon to provide an easy-to-understand report within 24 hours of the inspection.

You’ll find Glenn to be approachable and easy-going, and always willing to answer your questions about the property you’re thinking of buying. When he’s not subjecting properties to detailed scrutiny you’ll find him horse riding or playing taxi driver to his two daughters!
