Our principal and senior inspector Glenn Rohde brings 20 years of experience in the building industry. He knows the critical areas to take note of when inspecting a property – and he’s always happy to share his knowledge with you.

Images of the property are provided so you can see what we’ve discovered and are discussing.
A report on the interior, exterior, subfloor, and roof outside conditions as well as the roof void’s accessible conditions (if safety permits according to WorkCover Queensland).
A building inspection report carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349 1 – 2007.
